WW3 Team Yankee: Early July Action

Garry, Shawn and I got together for another of our regular WW3 games early in July.

Garry has gotten quite skilled with Soviets, while Shawn and I have been working together to make the Americans work.

We played at 240 points on a 12' by 4' table, with Garry having 240 points of Soviets and Shawn and I each fielding a 120 point US force.

The mission saw Shawn and I defending objectives on opposite ends of the table. We both fielded a core of Bradley Mech Infantry, with some M1s in reserve. Garry fielded an impressive T-80 based force, with lots of BMP-3 scouts and infantry units, along with good AA and Artillery support.

The game was very hard fought, with Garry squeezing out a narrow win by overwhelming Shawn's force before my force could arrive to rescue him. Great fun!
